Annual Meetings
The annual meetings of the General Body shall be held once in a calendar year, not later than 31 January to transact the business specified here under:
(a) To read, adopt and confirm the minutes of the last annual meetings.
(b) To consider and adopt the annual audited accounts presented by the Executive Committee.
(c) To appoint qualified auditor to audit the accounts for the ensuing financial year.
(d) To approve the budget for the ensuing financial year as prepared and presented by Executive Committee.
(e) To transact such other business as may be included in the agenda of the annual meeting.
(f) To consider any other matter that may be raised by any Member with the permission of the Chair.
