The affairs of the Association are managed by a 15-member Executive Committee, including five office bearers and ten Members, which is duly elected by the General Body for a two-year term. The Executive Committee meets at least once a month to conduct the business of the Association.
(i) Ordinary Meetings: The Executive Committee may meet as often as it may decide but a meeting shall be held at least once every month.
(ii) Special or Extra Ordinary Meeting. The President and, in his absence, the Vice President, and the Secretary General by mutual consultation may call a special or an Extra Ordinary Meeting of the Executive Committee when warranted by emergent business,
(iii) Quorum. The quorum at all the meetings of the Executive Committee shall be eight Members including the Office Bearers calling a special or Extra Ordinary Meeting
